Horwath HTL and Ashurst are delighted to announce the second annual Serviced Apartments Summit, a business to business conference to be held on Wednesday 25 July 2012.

The Summit will be a pre-event to the 12th annual Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Hotel Industry Conference (ANZPHIC 2012). At the conclusion of the Summit, delegates will join ANZPHIC 2012 delegates and other delegates from Megameet 2012 events at Megameet Greet!, a networking cocktail function at the Hilton Sydney.

Serviced Apartments Summit will provide valuable insight on the emergence and growth of this dynamic sector of the accommodation industry, including key drivers and challenges, as well as factors likely to impact future development. Focus will also be directed to the impact of serviced apartments on the hotel sector.

Serviced Apartments Summit will enable delegates to hear from key leaders driving the industry’s growth, within a program designed to service a “whole industry” audience including serviced apartment, hotel and resort sector developers, owners, operators, lenders and other stakeholders, as well as other real estate participants considering a future involvement in the industry.
